Position overview

The Sales & Marketing Executive will help Connecting Saudi identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with prospective clients and partners, and introduce the company’s services to employers, investors, entrepreneurs, contractors, and other organizations. The successful candidate should be confident communicating with business decision-makers, following up with prospective clients, arranging meetings, and representing Connecting Saudi professionally within the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned city.
• Introduce Connecting Saudi’s services to prospective clients and partners.
• Build professional relationships with employers, contractors, investors, entrepreneurs, and local businesses.
• Conduct telephone, email, digital, and in-person sales outreach.
• Arrange client meetings and present appropriate business and workforce solutions.
• Understand prospective clients’ requirements and coordinate with management.
• Prepare and maintain accurate prospect, meeting, and follow-up records.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients and business partners.
• Support local marketing campaigns, networking activities, and business events.
• Assist with preparing presentations, proposals, and service information.
• Monitor local market opportunities and report relevant developments.
• Work toward agreed sales and business-development objectives.
• Represent Connecting Saudi with professionalism, integrity, and respect.

Qualifications and experience

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer relations, or a related position is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence approaching business owners and organizational decision-makers.
• Ability to build relationships and conduct professional follow-up.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Organized and able to maintain accurate sales and client records.
• Familiarity with the business community in Taif, Jeddah, or Makkah is an advantage.
• Arabic communication skills are preferred.
• English communication skills are an advantage.
• Basic computer and digital communication skills.
• Valid Saudi work authorization or eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia, as applicable.
